No. Leni is a health companion, not a medical provider. She helps you understand your brain and body, notice patterns, and prepare for doctor visits, but she's not a substitute for professional medical care.
How do health coaching sessions work?
Once you've built a relationship with leni, you can book a 30-minute video call with a trained brain health coach. Sessions happen directly in the app — no referrals needed.
