Cancel membership
Open your profile, select Manage membership, then choose Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the current billing period shown in your profile.
Cancelling membership stops renewal. It does not automatically delete your account, conversations, notes, or other personal information.
Access, correct, export, or delete information
Use the privacy request form and provide the email connected to your leni account. leni may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Do not include passwords, payment details, or detailed medical information in the request. If a paid membership is still active, it may need to be cancelled before the account can be fully closed.
