leni

Not another tracker.
A companion.

Most health tools ask you to log, track, graph, and then leave you alone with a chart. leni is different: a real-time companion who holds the thread of your days and returns meaning, not homework.

WHAT SHE DOES

What she promises you

Pattern insights

She connects the dots across sleep, mood, energy, hormones, and life. The picture no single app or appointment ever really holds.

Next steps

One step, sized for a full plate. Not ten changes. Not a protocol you don’t have time for.

Progress & change

She shows you what’s shifting: improving, worsening, or just changing, so you’re not guessing at 11pm.

She remembers you

What you share stays held. You don’t have to start your story from the beginning, every single time.

Clinician partnership

A clear summary of the last three months, not “I’ve just been tired.” You walk in informed. You leave understood.

Privacy & trust

Your story is yours. Always private, never sold, always in your control. Read the full promise.

The weekly rhythm

A short check-in that doesn’t feel like homework.

Once a week, or whenever you feel off, you tell leni how things actually are, in your own words. She reflects back what she’s noticing, gently, without scores or streaks. Over weeks, the reflections become patterns. The patterns become language. The language becomes a next step, or a better appointment, or simply the relief of knowing you were right: something was happening.

You already know how to log. Nobody taught the apps how to listen.
The belief

A brain lives in a body
that lives in a life.

Sleep, mood, energy, hormones and load are one picture, and women deserve support that holds the whole thing, grounded in research on women’s actual bodies and brains, not a generalized approach.

The underlying belief

Everything we build serves one idea: slow, present, full conversation. This is the thing humans need and our modern world keeps removing. leni is that idea applied to women’s health: one private conversation, held over time, that finally adds up.

Why “she”

leni has a name and a voice because the tracker dashboards already failed. Women told us support should feel warm and human, not robotic. Naming her is a design commitment: someone is listening, and it’s the same someone tomorrow.

Built with experts

leni is developed with women’s health and brain health expertise, evidence-informed and bias-aware and honest about limits. She doesn’t diagnose, and she’s designed to say “I don’t know” rather than guess.

Designed for agency

leni is here to help you understand what you’re noticing, not take over your judgement. She gives you language, context, and a realistic next step, so you can decide what matters, what to explore, and what to bring to the people who care for you.

Built from listening

Designed around what women actually need in the moment.
