Start a fresh conversation
- Open the Chat tab.
- Select New chat at the top of the conversation area.
- Choose a suggested starting point or type what is on your mind.
Return to an earlier chat
On a phone or small screen, select History at the top of Chat. On desktop, select Chat in the left navigation to open the history list.
Choose a conversation to open it. If the list is not current, select Refresh.
Starting a new chat keeps your old ones
Starting a new chat does not delete your earlier conversations. It opens a separate conversation while your available history remains in the history list.
