Add an attachment
- Open Chat and select the attachment button beside the message box.
- Choose one file from your device.
- Wait until the attachment says it is ready to send.
- Add a short question or explanation if it will help leni understand what you want help with.
- Send the message.
Supported files
leni accepts common photos and images, PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, plain text, CSV and RTF files. Files must be smaller than 50 MB.
You must be signed in with an active membership to attach a file. The current app accepts one attachment at a time.
Protect sensitive information
Only attach information you are comfortable using in your leni conversation. Remove passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or information about another person unless you have a lawful reason and their permission to share it.
